Ocean Guard Fuel Gas Supply System   

(FGSS)offers a comprehensive, all -in -one solution for customers’ LNG fuel supply needs. 

The system covers a wide range of applications, including fuel bunkering, adjustment, nitrogen purging, auxiliary heating, dry powder fire extinguisher and additional gas supply configurations. 

Designed with a modular and customizable layout, the Ocean guard FGSS is tailored to fit the specific requirements of each ship. Developed by Headway Technology group, this system is an independent intellectual property backed by extensive R&D and collaborations with top universities and research institutions. The Ocean Guard FGDD is compatible with medium -and low speed dual -fuel marine engines, and regions, Headway ensures localized, comprehensive and timely technical support for LNG fuel systems. 

The Ocean Guard FGSS can integrate with various setups, including land based bunkering stations, bunkering vessels or tank trailers. During operations ,LNG is transferred from bunker station at a pre -set volume and enters the pump pool of the submerged pump via gravity flow .The LNG is then vaporized ,regulated by a gas valve unit and supplied as natural gas to consumers .In case of an emergency pressure spike in the LNG tank ,a safety valve releases the pressure to protect personnel and equipment. 

For applications involving ME-GI engines, LNG is pumped through a low -pressure fuel pump to a high-pressure vaporizer. Upon reaching the required temperature and pressure, the vaporized gas is supplied to the engine through the gas valve unit. 

Backed by an expert R&D and manufacturing team, all Ocean Guard FGSS components are independently developed and produced by Headway. This modular design provides customers with reliable, efficient and fully customized LNG fuel supply. 

Headways capabilities extend to designing and manufacturing pressure vessels and LNG tanks compliant with IGF, IGC and class regulations for low flashpoint fuel transport. Using CAE-aided lightweight designs Using CAE aided lightweight designs, Headway achieves optimal tank weight distribution without compromising strength or reliability.  

At the heart of the Ocean Guard FGSS is the Control Unit, a feature refined from Headways expertise in Ballast Water Management and Exhaust Gas cleaning systems. 

This unit in incorporates redundancy and diversity to ensure stable, reliable and real time self -monitoring functionality while adhering to IMO and classification society regulations.  

The modular inert gas generator utilizes advanced Hollow Fiber film Technology, ensuring efficient nitrogen generation with low consumption and easy maintenance. 

This generator meets the inert gas requirements for LNG Tankers, chemical tankers, bunkering vessels and offshore bunkering stations. Additionally, Headway is actively involved in researching and developing reliquefication units, heat exchanges and double -wall pipes. 

Headway has also introduced a Smart Fleet Management Platform, providing real -time monitoring of critical FGSS parameters to ensure operational efficiency and safety. 

The Ocean Guard FGSS has received AIP certification from major classification societies, including DNV, RSBV, ABS RINA and NK. This makes it one of the first systems in the industry to achieve the functional Safety Certificate.
